I had a very positive experience at the store. I’d highly recommend this store for their great customer service!
I had ordered online from the cost plus website (with a discount) to a different store that was far away. When they did not have all my orders, I tried calling this store which was closer, and asked if they would match the discounted online price & they said they would.
They were super polite and courteous, throughout. Karen went so far as to put an oversized cushion I picked up into a large plastic bag to prevent dust while I transported it, without me asking, which was super helpful as the cushion rolled onto the floor of my car while transporting it.
Special shoutout to the store manager Katie, who not only honored the online price, but even tried saving me a trip to the far away store just to show my receipt to cancel the online order (which the other store insisted I do). Read moreI tried doing the Black Friday online thing, and was having some trouble (got a confirmation e-mail but no email indicating the order was ready). When I still hadn't heard anything the next day, I tried calling the store (I was worried that they'd be out of stock on the deals I'd found!).
Hailey was kind and apologetic about problems their online ordering system has been having. When I explained I didn't feel comfortable coming in-store to search for and pick up items, she helped me to find a safe way to receive the items I ordered (cute earrings and gingerbread house kits for the kiddos) at the same value.

Read moreI went to this location today evening and I had the worst experience I’ve had in a World Market ever! The cashier, who was an elderly male was very rude to me from the start. I unloaded my basket to be helpful and he seemed to be getting agitated at that. What appalled me the most was that he asked me to put my phone number if I “even had any” and when I didn’t, he said “that’s what I thought”!
