I’m deeply disappointed by the lack of professionalism and basic courtesy my wife experienced at this store. She went in with a very simple request — to buy the coolant cap for a 2015 Nissan Pathfinder . Two employees were present and neither made the slightest effort to assist her. They sold her the wrong cap without even checking the vehicle, and when she asked for help, one of them refused to step outside to take a look, saying only, “Go buy it at Nissan.” My wife was alone and about to drive a long distance, understandably worried about her car, and yet she was treated with total indifference. As someone who works in a dealership myself, I find this kind of attitude unacceptable — especially toward a woman in need of help. Read moreIncredible experience!! Jose went above and beyond. First off, I didn't even buy the brakes for my girlfriends car at this store, but I know they rent tools out and I came from out of town. Turns out they don't rent basic tools so I thought I was screwed, however, Jose walks me out to his car and hands me a bag of his own personal tools and even the jack for his car. My girlfriends car being a little "special" required some socket sizes he didn't have. I went in the store to purchase what I needed and he just let me take it and use it with full trust I would bring it back.
