I'll tell you a story. I had never built a PC from scratch. I bought several parts to upgrade mine, and I ran into a problem I couldn't solve. My machine died.

I started looking for computer repair places in San Juan, and this one and others appeared on Facebook. I looked it up on Google Maps and brought my problem here. The owner of this business, Bandi, is the kindest, most responsible, and hardest-working person I've met in this field. He showed me his shop, told me he's been doing this for 15 years, and explained all the work they do: custom computers, they have artists who paint and even prepare them for exhibitions, they repair, install, build from scratch with any system, and install practically any PC technology. They also offer support and even extended warranties.

He tested all my components, gave me the diagnosis, offered me upgrades, and sold me the most spectacular case I've ever had. He had all the parts in stock: power supply, a quality motherboard, case, etc.

The care they took in preparing the computer was personalized; they updated every single driver to the latest version and left the BIOS on the latest version as well. They installed the graphics card, drivers... in short, I guarantee that I will be back in the future. Bandi isn't afraid to teach; he's a technician and a teacher. He taught me how I should update my computer (the BIOS and drivers), including the size of the components, where they go, and how they are installed. Definitely the best. Thanks a million!

Terrible communication, took PC for diagnostic on a Thursday, told me to wait for Tuesday. On Tuesday no communication was received, called later during the day and told me they were working on it. Wed came and nothing, went by the store and was told that de board was damaged, promised and appraisal for Thursday, never got one. Received a quote on Sunday for several parts that were not needed, as only the board was faulty. They also offered to sell me a refurbished computer. Went personally on Monday, discussed the quotes and was basically told that several parts were quoted as good to have even though they were not needed. They further indicated that the quote was high in an effort to get me to purchase another computer from them. I dislike those tactics, and decided to take my computer back assuming the loss of the $50 charged for diagnostics. Will...
