The coffee is outstanding, the decorations are pretty cool and the service is first class! Kudos! / That was my review for Latte Que Latte a long time ago... I went to visit Casa Pizelle recently and the experience was the total opposite. As always it is hard to find a parking space over there but I always manage to park somewhere... I went in... A long and slow line to order... When my turn finally arrived guess what? Most of the items listed on the blackboard menu were not availabe. No pumpking pancakes, no waffles, no oatmeal, no juice... I had to settle for a sandwich and a coffee. I proceed to sit down to find out that the cool back room is no longer available, I surmise the kitchen was extended. I sat on a table that was rather high on an uncomfortable chair when suddenly someone started to sing their lungs out from within the kitchen interrupting the ambiance music played by the restaurant. I asked the waitress about the noise when she delivered my coffee and all she could tell me was that the singer was happy ( hence did not care if her singing clashed with the ambiance music from the restaurant )... (¡Chanfle!)

Well, I am here because I send a message to Casa Pizzelle via Facebook messenger and whomever monitors that virtual box blocked me after receiving my complaint message that I will share here in hopes to get a response instead of being blocked.

Suggestion: If you don't have items available erase them from the blackboard menu in order to avoid creating a false expectation. I ended up walking out without tasting the sandwhich and coffee I paid for. This is not a good way to run a restaurant.

Here's the message I send on Facebook messenger privately. Since I was blocked now I am sharing it on this public post...

Hola, buenas tardes.....

After this I was blocked from the Facebook page. Don't ignore the feedback from...

This place is on a busy street and I almost didn’t stop bc there was no where to park... but thank goodness I persevered!! Had the most delicious sandwich maybe EVER, the house creation “The Verdi”. 4 cheeses, chicken, ham spinach and pesto sauce on a perfectly toasted crusty sweet bread bun. The coffee was also perfect! But maybe the most pleasant surprise was how nice and welcoming the staff were! I was introduced by name to each person in the kitchen... The owner said they were all family and they certainly greeted guests like they were as well. What a great...

Solid coffee and food selection. The little waffles that come with the coffee are so good. The Don Juan was delicious. I definitely am coming back to try other sandwiches. They didn't have any cold coffee drinks when I was here, so I opted for the Latte and it was great. There are outlets near almost all tables and they have free Wi-Fi. I'm on T-mobile and cell service in the middle of the seating area was switching between 2g and 4g. Sitting on the couch the window I got 4gLte and it was fast. Parking is very limited. I parked on the side of the park...

We went there to get some brunch before going to the beach. We had the pastrami sandwich, scrambled eggs with cheese, fruit waffles and a coffee. Everything was very good and well presented. The place had a nice antique and romantic atmosphere. Service was very attentive, we made a mistake in our order, and they replaced with no issues. Prices were fair because of the quality of the food and excellent service. Will definitely come back.

Great coffee, cute eclectic decor soft music and friendly people. Can you ask for anything else? Yes that delicious waffle cookie you get with the coffee. Yummy. It’s like Cheers (where everybody knows your name) but for coffee ❤️
