Worst pickup location never come here if you value time. They gave door after 12 hour and than said it's a mistake load is not ready and when I said it's not good I started my electronic log and now it's gonna be wasted as have to stay longer they said move the truck otherwise will call tow to move the truck so much rude attitude and after that keep making fool all day . If you call and ask them they intentionally late the load so that no one should say them. So if you plan to get load from here Think you wasted 2 days that's all Worst shipper seen in my whole trucking courier. So if all people put reviews and make people aware and donot come here so they will understand the value of time

I wasted 56 hours here 2 full days and still they where saying the same thing so I called my company I donot wanna wait more. They donot have any system. If after reading all this you wanna come try them...

So far no good, I have never had to pay for a scale in/out on the customers property, it was always an option if I ever wanted to uses shippers scale but this place forces you to pay $10 for a non certified weight even though I have a load gauge that I rely on. 2nd issue is the mask, I have medical reasons why I can’t wear one plus I have already had my shots, but here the driver has to wear one. I guess that’s why they have a local cop walking around inside. Not sure if he’s actually a cop, didn’t see any badge but he sure has his gun on his hip just for onions. Thanks Texas governor for making Texas an open state, geez. Still not sure why it’s ok for some of their workers to not wear a mask(tall supervisor looking older man with a clip board) when I have to. I feel sorry for all of peon workers that have to mask in this heat. Hopefully this mostly non English speaking nightmare will...

This is a warehouse that should be lost for truck drivers. This warehouse has no concept of time for pickup, so it's hard to tell when it will be completed because I have to wait tirelessly for it to pick up. Even though I've been waiting for 2 days, they say they're not ready yet. They didn't even promise to call me when they're ready, so when I went to the warehouse, they were already ready and took more than 3 hours to load. After that, all trucks have to be weighed at the scale owned by this warehouse, and they get a scale fee. By the way, their total weight is almost 80k lbs, so I don't know the weight of each axle that is actually required, only the total weight. I have to weigh each axle again at the truck stop, and if something happens, I have to come back. Anyway, this warehouse is a place that should be eliminated if there is no innovation by someone who can...
