Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in San Juan

If I could put 0 stars I would but I can’t. Horrible service, nasty attitudes, just stopped by at around 2:05 PM the girl taking the order was rushing us and had an attitude. She did not even ask for our app, which we had ready to go. We said thank you kindly and she just looked at us and said “move forward” 😡. At the window the guy who gave us our drinks was very nice and seemed very friendly. But then they forgot something on our order so when we asked she completely ignored us and finally when we got their attention she did not acknowledge what we needed and just turned around when she handed it to us we again said thank you and she did not acknowledge us. She was wearing a cap with stickers and a dark colored long sleeve shirt and she had a tattoo on her leg thigh, please re-train her she has 0 customer service and does not seem happy...

i just want to start off by saying that there is this one girl idk what her name is but she used to have red hair but now she has black hair and she is always quiet and never gives off any dutch energy like the rest of the workers do. she also made my drink one time and it didn’t taste very good. and another worker that isn’t very good at his job is some guy that has a lot of curly hair and mustache. he is always in a bad attitude every time i go and he just ruins my day. there is another guy he always wears a cap and has like a little bit of hair and i think one time he colored his hair pink but he takes a long time to make a drink. anytime the girl and the curly hair guy and this guy works, they always take forever to make a drink. i always have to wait like 15-20 min for my drink to come out and it...

This Dutch Bros location is my absolute favorite! I used to have it rated as a 5 star, and now it kills me to have to drop it down to a 1. This morning I ordered 2 drinks ahead on the app (estimated pick-up time 15 minutes). When I got there and walked up to the window I was completely ignored for a couple of minutes before being acknowledged by anyone. When someone finally "helped" me they only gave me 1 drink. When I asked if the other one was ready, I was told that "somebody was working on it right now." I waited around for 25 minutes before I told them not to worry about making the second drink because I had to go. I didn't even get my money back. In total I spent about $14 and waited over half an hour to walk away with only 1 drink. I don't think I'll be back...
