So, I only qualified for inhouse finance which was fine. They said I only had ONE option June 30th. Set for delivery next day July 1st(even though their post says same day, but I digress). It rains , so no delivery. So I go all day, no delivery, nobody's fault. July 2nd, all day no response, late message"it's broken". Gotta wait another day, July 4th all of a sudden I have OTHER options available (day one I ONLY had ONE option) day goes by STILL no delivery NOT because it was a holiday, they WERE open and working. I pick my item. So delivery set for July 5th. I'm promised priority. Item arrived. INCOMPLETE! BECAUSE.... Salesperson neglected to inform me that item DID NOT include mattresses ( it's a sofa bed that looks like a trundle daybed). So, I guess NOW I decided to cancel my order and I ask for my refund.
