LOVE THEM!! Everyone is such a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend them!! First of all, Lily is such a blessing, and she has been so patient throughout the entire process!! She is on point with everything we need and walked us thru until it all got done. She was so understanding, empathic and got us the perfect mobile home!! I also want to send a huge thank you to Robert Varran!! I meant to add him last time but I forgot there are 2 Roberts. He shows our home so much love when he comes to do little tweaks that our home needs. I’m so thankful for the warranty and I don’t even have to pay!! Robert Varron and the young gentleman with him are so patient!!! I'm also very thankful to Israel for doing his best to help us when an issue that happened (our fault) , I also loved how efficient and prompt Robert Mora was to work with our soil/caliche. Tony Avila the delivery and installer has been amazing as well. He was so understanding and proficient in his efforts to assist us with the obstacles that hit our way. We are 10 + years of being winter Texans looking to replace our aging mobile home. We went to look at many homes and by chance came upon My Place Mobile Homes. We met Victor Morales the sales manager, he listened to our needs and wants in a home and showed us the home that checked off many of the things we were looking for. We choose a Jessup Home and had a very positive experience dealing with Victor and the people at My Place.They were knowledgeable and honest to deal with. They had no long delays with modifying the home to our specifications and the moving crew that they have did a great job of placing the home on our lot. As with any home that is moved a long distance ( from Waco to the Valley ) a few things were loose and needed to be taken care of they did that without any delays. Victor and My Place , exceeded our expectations and made the whole process smooth for us. We have no hesitation to recommend them to anyone looking for a new mobile home. We are very happy that we choose the Jessup home and met Victor, he did what he said he would in all instances and was always ready...
