When I go, there are two workers. The male makes the customer feel welcomed, and we always have a good 1-2 minute conversation. The woman that works there barely interacts with the customers, makes things feel awkward, and I always say, "hope you have a great day." She rolls her eyes and turns her back. Jesus! I have been a valued customer for the past 3 years, but it is interactions like this that have made me reevaluate my spending decisions. I always joke with the male manager that I should be an employee because I am there 2-3 times a week, but after much consideration, I have finally decided to part ways with Steve's Ice House. It was a great time, but you all need to reevaluate your customer service because I will now be spending my money (almost half a grand) per year with another distributor.
Also, you all really need to know your business, because if one of your most valued customers comes to the store so many times a week, then... you all should have this person's liquor ready and in the fridge.
