Hokkaido — Restaurant in San Juan

We had an amazing experience at Hokkaido! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt lively and welcoming — perfect for families and groups. The teppanyaki grill setup made dinner not just a meal, but a fun show that everyone enjoyed.

The food was excellent: fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. I ordered a combination with chicken, steak, and salmon along with fried rice, noodles, and vegetables — everything was delicious and well-seasoned. The portions were generous, and you can really taste the quality.

The staff was attentive, friendly, and made sure we were taken care of the whole night. Our group had a wonderful time, and the kids loved the hibachi experience as well.

En la tarde/noche reservamos para el servicio de Teppanyaki para las 8:00am y nos sentaron@8:45-9:00pm, pero no nos molesto porque trataron de ser lo mas servicial posible. Pero nosotros hemos participado en infinidades restaurantes de esta naturaleza (por ej. El que se encontraba en Hotel El Conquistador, El Hotel San Juan, Marriot), el mesero nos hablo de las sopa que usualmente nos seven Miso, pero en este caso indico que podia ser Miso o de pollo, pero nunca nunca la ofrecieron ni la sirvieron, siempre nos sirven un side de salads con el dressing de ginger, que por supuesto brillo por su ausencia. Siempre al lado del Plato se coloca un platito con salsa para marisco y carne, el cual tampoco estuvo en la mesa ni lo ofrecieron, podemos seguir indicando otros sucesos, es la primera vez que digo mi sentir atraves de este sistema.
