Bob's Barber Stylist — Local services in San Mateo

I went there on a Friday afternoon, and the place was empty. Got seated as soon as I entered, but the lady barber didn't speak English well enough to explain what I wanted. Another lady barber came from the back ,I could speak with her better, so I got in her chair . A bald fade haircut . She started the cut. I tried to relax. No chance, she was rushing around cutting like the building was on fire . No one was waiting .Same with the electric shaver, sporadically bouncing all over the place in a big rush ,missing spots here and there.I asked twice to fix the line in back , it was very crooked Had to fix it myself at home. Won't be going back. I do not recommend...

0 star service. The lady with the spectacles was rude. She called her customer a monkey. She was busy doing casual talk with another asian customer in her native language while halting cutting her own customer's hair. This is so rude. A person is paying you to focus and cut the hair and give good customer service. Moving few strokes of clipper and scissors don't make you a stylist. One can get the job done better by oneself or with the help from someone at home. Kind request to please start paying attention...

Let's start with the fact the lady who cut my hair did not listen when I said don't cut the top she cut 3" off and the proceeded to keep cutting and then ask why am I upset after I it was finished and I paid for the hair cut I didn't ask for she said what no tip ?
