I had a horrible experience that left me upset. The clerk, whose name I do not remember, was abrupt and eventually rude. She made me feel stupid and inept. I recently had a double mastectomy and told her I knew nothing about her products. She told me to pick out a bra, giving no advice on them. They were sized S-M-L where I am a 34-36; she gave no advice on which size that would convert to. She put me in a tiny dressing room and handed me four prosthesis forms to try by inserting them in the bra cups. Each form took about 5-10 minutes to insert, try on and remove. No help from her. Three were too small and one was too big. Finally she gave me one in the correct size, which she said was out of stock. Then she said I was taking too long and had to reschedule because another appointment was arriving in 10 minutes. I left with nothing but a...

About a year ago, I had a really terrible experience there. The girl that helped me with so rude and also she picked a fight with me! How anybody can work with cancer patients and have an attitude like that you cannot train that out of someone. I used to go to this store for years, but after my experience with this person, I said no more. Now if she was gone I’d go back. It sounds like Paige is the better one to see.

UPDATE: I am changing my review to five stars. I went back and gave Late Bloomers another try and I had Paige as the fitter. She was more than wonderful. She knew things that I hadn’t ever heard. it was a complete pleasure to be fitted by her. So I would recommend Late Bloomers and ask for Paige. She is kind and very knowledgeable and I’m going back from now...
