Men's Wearhouse — Local services in San Mateo

Great in person--friendly, helps you pick things out, knowledgeable. But they are such a headache to work with!! I mean they have such an amazing premise for wedding parties that it should be a dream!!!

We are paying for our groomsmen's outfits so all the guys have to do is get fitted and walk out....we were told this was noted in the system. Well apparently it was not. So our poor guys were charged. After we were charged. And this store told us it was too difficult to refund the guys so we should just pay the guys ourselves.?!?!?! You double charged US!!! What kind of a business is this?!?! You are an interconnected chain who sees that they have purchased and that we are paying yet you double charge?? It was an unnecessary stress for everyone. It also made us look bad because we told people we were paying and then "oh sir here is your total if you even want to order for the wedding." We look like liars.

Unprofessional. Stressful. Unorganized.

Yes you have what we want. Yes you are located everywhere and that's awesome. But your employees can't work your system and/or you are trying...

If I could give this place zero stars, I would.

The customer service at this Men’s Warehouse is an absolute joke. Not a single salesperson offered to help us, even though they had nothing better to do but stand around. When we finally got to checkout, the salesperson (with a Mickey Mouse pin) acted like helping me was the biggest inconvenience of his day. When the printer got stuck, I politely said, “Take your time,” and he rudely snapped that he’d rather go home. His attitude was nasty from start to finish — zero patience, zero professionalism.

Funny enough, the moment my friend spoke to him, he suddenly remembered how to act like a decent human being. It’s crystal clear this store treats people differently based on who they feel like respecting.

The prices and products are fine, but if you care even a little about being treated like an actual customer, stay far away from this place. I’ll never waste my time or...

Absolutely rude honestly the guy was not professional and I felt racially profiled the whole time. I’m getting my suit for my weeding in this was not the experience I was looking for, just spend the extra bucks and go buy yourself a nice one . There whole point is to sell suits and he did the opposite just rushing and no people skills. I thought I had made an appointment and they would be ready for me instead I ended up trying 3 jackets and we left . I hope someone reads this and saves themselves the trouble Men’s wherehouse do better !! Give the guy a vacation or something cause he is just a bitter old man. Stay away from the old guy with the glasses not the old grandpa one the one with the 49faithful pin.
