Nouvelle Vogue, in my opinion, is what every little lady dreams about when thinking about their wedding gown and shopping experience. Chantal and Saida provide excellent service, honest opinions, and helpful guidance. I didn't have a clue what kind of dress I wanted. They patiently let me try on all kinds of dresses, made me feel special, and made the process fun and easy. The dresses are of a higher quality and design, so the prices reflect this. In my opinion, as someone who is usually very frugal, the cost is quite valid - these are unique, complex and personalized gowns. Many of which have a timeless quality that can be cherished for years to come.

Chantal and Saida were also incredibly flexible and patient with me throughout the last two years of Covid and having my wedding delayed. I'm sure they had many other brides to work with but I never felt rushed.

My wedding was 9/24/21, and went wonderfully. The dress was a perfect fit, surprisingly comfortable, and the bustle was perfect as well. I was able to dance, twirl, and feel like a princess all night. I got endless compliments, as I'm sure all brides do, but especially from the photographer who, saying he has seen many bridal gowns and usually hates them, loved mine and took more photos than any other wedding he has done prior.

It was such a pleasure working with Nouvelle Vogue, I highly recommend them to everyone who wants to find that magical gown they'll never want...

This place is a gem. Literally the best bridal salon in the Bay Area. How do I know this? First of all, I’ve done my homework and secondly, I’ve purchased two dresses from them. Yes, that’s right, two. Let’s be honest, most of us have starter marriages. But I digress. The first go round, I was younger with different wedding goals (eg big church, bigger wedding and I wanted a big dress to match). Chantelle and Saida found me the perfect dress. The second, and very recent trip there was no different. It was a fun, easy process with the dress being incredibly gorgeous as a bonus!

This shop has exquisite gowns that you don’t see everywhere and their help is genuine. They were honest with me about what looked good and the pros/cons of each dress - both times. They have accessories to match perfectly with each of their stunning gowns and you feel like a person when shopping there, like family even.

In closing, let me leave you with this - people still talk about my first wedding dress 12 years later. That’s how epic it was. This next dress will be no different.

Unfortunately, this is the only vendor I regret using for my wedding.

First, in the wedding dress selection process, there was a dress that I loved, but I wanted changes to the straps. They said that they would have the dressmaker make those changes I wanted to the straps, but months later when the dress arrived, none of the changes we talked about actually happened... (Did they forget to write down what we talked about and let the dressmaker know?)

Also, I felt the tailoring process and quality here was very poor. In the follow-up fit and tailoring sessions, I let them know what I liked and did not like, and it was like they were not listening to me. They completely ignored many of the things that I said throughout the tailoring process, and I did not like the final result at all.

Unfortunately, I had to find and pay for a new tailor to re-tailor my wedding dress on a tight timeline - the new tailor I found listened to me and did such an incredible job. If I could re-choose my wedding vendors, I definitely would not choose...
