I can not give enough praise and gratitude, for the service this company gave me. Being able to purchase a plot for my mom, at a 1/4 of the cemeteries list price, was beyond helpful. The lot I purchased would not have been available either, for the best lots were sold many years ago at Skylawn.

Terry the owner was so compassionate on the phone, explained the basics and guided me, in such a thoughtful manner.

I personally worked with Jason Salvador, who showed me the different possibilities for mom at Skylawn Memorial. He was kind and new the cemetery layout so well - he had worked for Skylawn previously and knew all about the cemetery. There was no pressure and he simply showed me the possibilities. I could not have asked for a better or easier process.

I found the most beautiful plot for mom!! I could not have afforded it! If, it had not been for this amazing company. I have attached a couple of pics - at purchase time and after the burial. There is such a spectacular view of the mountains and of Half Moon Bay!! So peaceful!!!

Jason, then set up a meeting with Kenny of Skylawn to do all the paper work. It was simple to pay for the different parts. He stayed with me for all the important details.

I am so thankful for Terry and Jason!! They were so helpful and made this part so much better and easier. It is so hard to lose someone and have all these decisions and details. The service their company offered me, allowed me to honor mom in the most wonderful way.

I highly recommend Cemetery Property Resales (CRS): very professional, expeditious, and efficient. I have now for over 10 years had occasions to buy and sell properties, as extended family needs come and go, and CRS’ prices are far under the standard cost of buying a plot, whether for a cremation urn or for ground or mausoleum burial, the price you would pay at the cemetery office: And in fact some of these plots are no longer available, having been sold out at the cemetery, but available only through resales at CRS.

How it works: When you buy a plot, you will meet with the CRS representative and the cemetery representative at the cemetery office and your purchase will be directly recorded at the cemetery, so you have no concern about the property transfer....
