Initially, the girls were friendly and welcoming. Though I was just getting a regular manicure, I was of the impression I would get the typical manicure which would at least include a hand wash and short massage. Lady whom worked on my nails soaked my finger tips in COLD water, removed my nail polish, poorly trimmed my cuticles, added the base, nail polish and top coat and that was it. My hands were never washed/cleaned, and there was no hand lotion/massage provided. Was told nail polish was dry, it wasn’t, snagged two nails. I asked another lady if this was a typical service for a regular manicure. She said “sometimes the massage is given after”. The lady helping me looked confused. I expressed feeling disappointed and would never return, all owner said was “sorry”. If I could figure out how to post pictures, I would, I have them.

One lady was great, went k it if way to find the natural color I was looking for, all else was not. After a super long week, this experience was discouraging and disappointing. As a long time customer of this business I can honestly say the quality never disappointments. I would consider myself quite picky and not easy to please when it comes to my nails or lashes. Although I mostly only come for lash appointments which I highly recommend, even when I get my nails done the customer service is great quality. I often want to change the color after it’s cured and they don’t make me feel bad or an inconvenience for doing so. They are patient, supportive and really helpful when I change my mind. Not many businesses still treat their customers like this, but the kindness even when they are annoyed with my indecisiveness is what sets them apart and what keeps me as a returning, loyal customer. I am in love with this salon! They have done such a beautiful job with my nails! I show them pictures of ideas I like with patterns, jewels, and glitter and they make it happen. But they make it better! They harness extreme talent and make it an art. Sure they are great at single colors, but if you are like me and looking for artful nails this is your place!! It is so difficult to find someone who can do patterns....but someone who can do patterns, gemstones, jewels, 3D artwork, glitter work, flowers, artwork....well let's just say unicorns do exist!!

The staff is very friendly and happy on top of being knowledgeable. I enjoy talking with them whenever I have gone. I am looking forward to having them do my nails for my wedding because I would trust...
