Metro by T-Mobile — Local services in San Pablo

This was my favorite metro store for years. However I don't know where the old employees went or the previous manager, the girl that helped me todays with the glasses was very rude has no customer service training and clearly I have had metro pcs longer then she has been able to walk however she still stood there and lied to me. Told me I could not transfer a number in from another carrier unless I had the other carrier for a year that I was doing fraud? That's a wild accusation coming from someone who is not a administer of civil law or a court Justice. She told me there was no deals on phones for existing customers. The cheapest phone I. Could get was 400. Ummm long story short I didn't even pay my phone bill with her. I have gotten atheist 7 phones from this store in. The last 3 years hopefully this was just her first day or I will probably have to leave metro all...

Very poor customer service. The lady there named Alexandria was very rude. I needed to replace a cord to their WiFi box. Which t mobile customer service told me to go back to where I purchased the box from and to have them replace. When i walked in store the lady already had an attitude. Told me she couldn’t replace the cord. And if I wanted to return the WiFi box. I would have to pay them 300 dollars to get a replacement WiFi box. When I just bought the WiFi box less than a month ago. Ridiculous I even had Metro t mobile customer service on the phone. And they heard her being rude and snotty attitude. The customer service guy on the phone felt so bad and apologized for her rude behavior. They gave me a credit on my bill. I’ll never step foot in this metro...

I went to the store trying to get my transfer I wanted to switch to a different company ….. they gave me the wrong transfer pin

I called the store I talk to Brenda to help me with the transfer pin on the Store she does not want to help me …. Customer service cannot send me the one time pin. They asked me to go to the store and she’s not trying to help me and she said there’s no Store can help you with the transfer pin. We don’t do it in the store.. no help. I don’t recommend this store at all. Worst customer service. I don’t know if she lie about the name. She said her name, Brenda, Worst...
