Today, April 19, 2025 experience the worst at tea4 in the San Pablo area. I love their squid rings and I waited a whole hour for them to open just to get it before I went home which is a 45 minute drive away. So I ordered online so they can fix it and I wouldn’t have to wait a long time after they open however, this day they did not have the squid rings. So the Manager told me that the squid costed $1.50 more and I would have to pay $1.50 more but when he rang me up he tried to charged me $1.65. I tried to dispute additional charge. It is not my fault that you guys ran out. The Manager then told me somebody forgot to order the rings and they ran out. That’s not my fault. My order was already in and I paid up front with a tip. To make matters worse, they have not made my oolong tea with large Boba. Well, the manager explained to me they do not have any large bobo’s, only the small one and that will take one hour for the large Boba to be available. Now the sign says they open at 11 AM. I waited an hour already why y’all don’t have Boba at 11 AM. Why are the Boba‘s gonna be ready by 12 PM? So then if I want my oolong tea with Large Boba, then I have to compromise again and get the small one. I said to the manager why are you charging me $1.50 when I have to compromise my whole meal. The manager let me know. He’s only doing what he is told to do. Is he don’t charge me $1.50 that take money from him. They are ready to cook my food and brought it up front. All I needed was my drink so because he still insist on I had to pay $1.50 I chose to get my money back. I’m not getting what I order and I left a tip so he rather throw food away or give it to somebody else then to not charge me $1.50 for all the inconvenience. I thought they were the best they went to the bottom. They are not the best to me anymore. Your customer service is terrible. But this is not the worst. He could not even show me proof that he was giving me my money back because the computer would not allow him to do so so I walked away with nothing to eat and no proof of a refund. I’m so...
Read moreThis was my first visit of this place and I was very disappointed. I had my drink wrong 3 times in 1 order. I said a small green tea and mango ice cream with no boba. They charged me and gave me a Large green tea with No mango ice cream in it with boba. Totally opposite what I specifically ordered. I didn't notice this until I drove away and drank in the car on my way home. And on top of that, I wasn't the only customer who had their order wrong too, a previous customer before me came back with their food missing in their bag with drinks! Seriously guys, get our orders right and listen to us. And they should post up their new drink and food items beside their gigantic menu on the wall where people can visibly see it while waiting, not on the counter where nobody can see. I wish I would have changed my drink order if I have seen the new added item on the wall. Im so disappointed. The food is bomb though but the service im very disappointed and this was my first visit. I'm going back to Bubble Loca and Nomi Tea where they get...

An oldman with walker walked in, and asked for cup of ice water. The big lady in the counter replied $1. The old man said ok can you fill it with ice first then put the water. The lady got annoyed with this request and refused to sell the oldman cup of ice.
The old man is paying so he can make the request like everyone else, and the lady exercising her right to refuse service because she got annoyed. Fair enough.
Her customer service would have been applauded if she serve the oldman even it's only a $1.
Don't get me wrong I love the food here but people in the service need to be have humility and kindness esp with elders.
I used to worked at McDonald, and I tried to serve older people with better service and even helped them put their trays to their table esp the one on the wheelchair and walker back then senior coffee was on $.65 cent and comes with sugar and cream depends how seniors like...
