Total Rip-Off! Stay Away!

This company is a complete scam. They advertise a free phone when you switch, but it’s all just a bait-and-switch tactic. I tried signing up online—went through the whole long ID verification process—only to be told at the very end that my number can’t be transferred. Then suddenly, I couldn’t access their website or app at all. Seriously?

So I go to the store thinking maybe I can sort it out in person. Guess what? Now they tell me I can transfer my number—but only if I pay all these hidden fees: transfer fees, taxes, service charges. That "free" phone? It ends up costing more than the retail price. What a joke.

Don’t fall for it. I’m going back to Metro. At least they’re upfront about their costs. Avoid this company...
