This is my newest place to being people on my personal East Bay Culinary Tour. Not that it has not been around for a long time. This bakery primarily serves one thing, Seniorta Bread. They are little warm breads that are stuffed with butter and sugar. You can buy them 5 for $2 or 60 for $24 and any increment of $5 in between. They have stores all over the Bay and in the Sacramento area. Their hours are very early and very late depending on the location.
Do you need something to bring to the office or any other potluck? These will bring to house down. Your mother in law might even like these... take it from me.

Read moreNeighborhood bakery on San Pablo Avenue. Easy to get to especially on Sunday when I have the urge for cookies and/or brownies. Their brownies and cookies are freshly baked. The brownies are popular. Sometimes they don't have them in stock. They fly out of the display case. Same with the chocolate chip and macadamia/white chocolate cookies. The only drawback is they sell their cakes by the slice. You can't get them whole. The chocolate fudge cake is exceptional but you cannot get a whole cake for those special occasions. Read moreI bought 20 for the office then 10 for the house the 20 wasn’t even in the usual starbread box the 10 was put in a bag it was fresh and yes it was delicious first bite then about 30 minutes later the starbread had gotten hard so hard that I had to throw it away what a waste this never happened to me box or no box in 30 minutes 🤦🏽♂️ the 20 for the office also went to waste and my coworkers usually eats it all maybe they changed the recipe because it wasn’t the same.
