Fresh local produce for the wife, and yummy bbq pork on the stick for the husband and son. Very good soft serve ice cream from the ice cream truck. Very safe and family friendly. Read moreThis is a local farmers market which is available early morning in San Sebastián. It only operates on Fridays and you get local fruits and veggies that are on season. You can't get it fresher than this. You also get to see vendors with their pastries, juices, and other type of food... garden stuff, animals like fishes, etc. You should try the coconut water and the guy opens up the coconut so you can eat the flesh of the green coconut which is amazingly tasty. There's another guy selling mini empanadas (empanadillas) made of cod fish, beef, chicken, pizza, etc they all are yummylicious. And there's this other vendor selling pinchos, near the exit, his from Lares, and also offers candied coconut (dulce de coco) old school style... to die for. So, go hungry, you won't regret it. Best...
