I had appointment scheduled at 8am for my dog to be groomed. I show up on time to be told the groomer won't be in her kid is sick with stomach flu! Nobody called me until 7:44am after I was already there! I can't drive anymore so I'm not happy I made all these arrangements for a 8am appointment to be called mins away from the appointment to tell me they can reschedule me for a later date! So very unprofessional!! This would have been my 1st time ever patronizing this business but I can tell you I had the worst 1st experience and I'll never go back nor would I recommend this groomer to anyone!! The groomer left me a voicemail to return her call and to reschedule when I returned her call I was sent straight to voice-mail again very unprofessional!! That's why I will never return! Took our girls here yesterday so my fiancé and I could go to Kalahari for my birthday. I have an older min pin mix, and a 7 year old cattle dog mix. They have never been to a boarding facility like this before, or doggy daycare. When the front desk asked if they have been around other dogs, we said yes as they both LOVE the dog park. I was not sure how my min pin would do, as she’s older and can get overwhelmed. When we picked them up I was advised that they did amazing and PLAYED. I was so so happy to hear that. They got baths also. I’m a groomer myself, but did not feel like grooming them on vacation, so that was super convenient . They brought them out and immediately I could tell how happy they were! We got to our hotel and both girls passed out. Thank you for taking such good care of our girls, and easing my anxiety when it comes to leaving them with someone else. We will be back next time...

Ginger absolutely loves coming here! Buckeye Furry Friends got you covered! Customer Service excels and you reap the benefits! We only had a couple days notice for Cleveland Clinic visit. We called and visited BFF getting our shots and records recorded for boarding. We appreciate required shots and vaccinations as that protects our Ginger too! Drop off was easily coordinated and went great! Our stay in Cleveland got extended and Buckeye Furry Friends really helped us out! We had no worries and knew Ginger was getting excellent care!
