My husband took 3, 12 y.o. boys to go bowling and laser tag yesterday afternoon. I called ahead to make sure that they were open for both. I was told that laser tag didn’t open until 4 pm, if it opened, but bowling as open and got pricing. My husband gets there, sets the boys up to bowl and had asked about combo pricing for bowling and laser tag. He was now told that laser tag may not open due to staffing. Bummer, but okay. They finish bowling, pressed the “DONE” button and went up to the counter to check about adding on laser tag…it actually opened. (At some point, they were told that they could buy combo pricing for both…okay, great). When my husband went back up to add laser tag, he was told that since he hit the “Done” button, he’d have to pay full price for laser tag because the guy couldn’t back out a credit card transaction; my husband paid in cash. The guy refused and said that he shouldn’t have been told about combo pricing. Wait, what?
This was for our son’s 12th birthday. We didn’t expect frills, but seriously?! You’re going to charge us more because: 1) we called before we came out. 2) we asked if laser tag would be open and you have know idea if the staff will show up. 3) double checked before they left and paid in cash….and asked if laser tag was/would be open that day—then you want to charge a current customer more. That’s a terrible business practice, and we are left with a very disappointed kid on his...
Read moreTho the food was good and my kids an I had an amazing time. First I went to order food an the girl at the bar was extremely rude than the guy behind desk for rentals he literally answered every question with an idk or an attitude than there was the lanes barely anyone there but would take a good 5 min to get someone to help retrieve ball or with w.e was wrong, I think the worst part was not that I had to spend 100$ just for my family to bowl but there is 36 lanes an for some reason the put 4 of us families of at least 4 or more literally right next to each other making it very hard to enjoy when literally EVERY lane was open. My kids REALLY enjoyed bowling but between how expensive it was to bowl an than to eat I spent $300 just to go bowling an to eat. THATS CRAZY!!!! Nothing special about the place. I didn't get the females name but she was the ONLY worker who didn't have an attitude or acted like they didn't know the answer she was super kind. But dang the pizza wasn't even that great fr! Wouldn't be a place I return to, to go bowling. Maybe eating but NEVER bowling. To the female who took our last food order of the night an got our dipping dots I wish I could remember your name you were the ONLY worker who showed...
Read moreFamily fun place but the staff seems miserable. Me and my children had to figure out ourselves how the VR theater works basically. The guy who was supposed to be giving directions had a black eye and his clothes were dirty, no one wore name tags so I can’t refer to them by first name in this review. Waitress from the snack area brought out our fried green beans with tortilla chip sauce and when asked for ranch she gave a slight attitude. Stay away from the mixed drinks if your looking for a good drink worth your money. Draft beer or straight shots would save you a headache. The place is FUN but please work on better staffing! The place of business is 5 stars, just not some of the staff members in the bowling alley area. Didn’t have this problem in Thirsty Pony area though. Keep up the good work adding new things...
