KFC — Restaurant in Sandusky

I'm giving one star only because it wont allow me to give zero. We live in Bellevue and my wife works in Sandusky. I simply wanted to place the order so when she got there it was ready to go. They "WOULD NOT" take the order, they kept telling me they had enough and she could just come in and get it. I explained it again that I wanted it ready to go so when she got there it was ready. I didnt want her to have to wait for them to get it ready. Even after I spoke to the 'Manager" who stated that they were not busy, that they wouldnt take an order ahead of time. Needless to say, we will no longer order or eat at this establishment ever again. I can not stand incomptance. This is just...

I ordered a family dinner ahead of time for quick pick up at a specific time, I arrived on time to find out can't go in it's drive through only, was about 5 vehicles in front of me was going well until the vehicle directly in front of me, she ordered a large family dinner also and what I don't understand is why I had to wait 15 minutes while you filled her order while mine was ready for 20 minutes and getting cold, in the future maybe have them pull up so others can be waited on, or open the doors so people who ordered for pick up can go in...very dissatisfied lost a customer, should have...

The food was great and the service was good too. The issue was with the additional stuff that should be included. Our family stayed in a hotel nearby. So, when I ordered, I expected some plastic silverware, no such luck. How are we to eat mashed potatoes? With our hands? The other deal breaker was that we received no "sauce". I specifically asked for ranch and it was on the receipt as 4 ranch sauces. It was part of the order as we got the 20 dollar fill up meal. Anyway, the point is that you have to make sure you have what you want/should have because the staff will not do...
