Subway — Restaurant in Sandusky

Arrived at this location at approximately 8:45pm on Saturday, January 8th 2022 to try and get a sub for my boyfriend who was about to get off work a few stores down. I figured with it being almost closing time that they may be out of some items, but upon pulling up and parking. I look into the store and see that all of the glass is already down where you make the sandwiches at and everything is put away. There are about 5 people in the store for some reason, all in a group but its kind of weird to need that many employees to close such a small store. They all look at me as I pulled up, and they sent someone out who hurriedly starts mopping right in front of the glass window by my car and they all start laughing as someone runs to turn off all the lights, this was around 8:50. Just really unprofessional and...

Just awful. I normally stopped in between 6:30-7:00P.M. about twice a month and was the only customer there. I always got the same thing. 2 out of 3 times I also got attitude from the worker and they never had bread other than Itialian in stock. They also loved trying to charge me for a large when I would get a medium but God forbid I mention that to them than I would get more attitude. It's like when a customer walks in, the customer ruins their day. This last time the worker gave me attitude, charged me for a large when I had medium, and gave me 1 cookie....

Even in spite of any past grievances let it be said the crew tries. I saw a woman verbally harassing and threatening physical assault on several team members snd myself for recording... All because she was denied an extra free 6 inch sub for her toddler..

One lady in the dining room area had a panic attack over this, and rather than waste time arguing, one of the younger staff members went out of her way to go and comfort them.

If I hear word any of the staff got fired for this, I will not be returning to...
