I intended to buy the most expensive system possible, but shortly after speaking with one of their salesman Nick Mullins. I quickly changed my mind. Nick listened to me and suggested which audio manufacturer I should go with based on the type of music I listened to and explained why instead of just selling me what I came to buy. I started working with their master technician/Shop Foreman, John Bretttle. John assessed my car and recommended only what I needed to have the best audio experience, and saved me a little money, lol. John also kept in mind that I was a traveler and needed my trunk space while designing my system. He built a custom subwoofer box for my spare tire compartment to preserve my trunk space while maintaining a professional (clean, neat, and organized) look. Even when I wanted to spend more money, he advised against it, saying that I wouldn't have the best experience with what I wanted. This showed me that they weren't out to get the most money they could from customers; instead, they wanted to provide them with the best experience possible. Upon receiving it, I was given a walkthrough of everything done to my car and how to use it. I also had a compustar theft system installed which includes the drone app. Their specialist Will installed this system and programmed it to work the way I wanted. Heated seats in the winter and cooled seats in the summer come in handy :-). My experience with Cartunes has been second to none, and I look forward to doing business with them in the future.

Anthony Toliver was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. He listened to me regarding what I wanted in my 1999 Jeep Wrangler, replacing the system that is 25 years old. I had 12 speakers and several quit working recently. I wanted a new sound system with cameras in the rear. He recommended a Kendwood radio with a 7 inch monitor with 8 speakers.. I had my neck fused, and it is hard to see when cars are coming on my sides. He also recommended a side cameras when I turned on my turn signal so it would show on the monitor. That way, I could see if there were cars coming. I wanted window tinting, which helped cut down sun rays, making it easier to see and protect my new stereo system. I had the Jeep Wrangler wrapped green and top the same color as the Jeep when it was new. I added a Wolf design on the hood and my nickname on the side of the Jeep. I brought new 5 rims and tires. I bought new bumpers and lights to protect the Jeep. I bought the Jeep new. The Wrangler is in great shape with no accident. It's only has 184,000 miles on the speedometer, which average 7300 miles per year. Yes, it costs a few bills, but it's a lot cheaper than buying a new one. I'm 70 yrs old and didn't want a monthly payment for a new Jeep plus higher insurance payment.

After having a pretty terrible experience with trusting a friend to install my audio system, I was hesitant to take my vehicle anywhere else. However, it needed to be fixed desperately and Shaun was my superhero. We went to visit him at Cartunes to get an idea of what would need to be done to not only fix the wiring but also get the sound I was truly after. I scheduled an appointment and they had my car for a little over a day. I am not lying when I say, I had tears of joy when I picked it up and got to hear it. He got it to sound exactly how I wanted! Shaun and the guys are Cartunes took care of my car and did an amazing job with the install. I couldn’t be any happier with it! We will be bringing our other vehicles to them soon and I wouldn’t recommend going anywhere else!Thank y’all so much!

About a month or so ago, I visited Cartunes of Atlanta to have work on my new car. I've done the same at least 4 times in the past, doing various installs on several other cars. This time, I had them change every light inside and outside of the car with Diode and HDI lights. I also installed the Viper GPS Remote Start, Heated Seat Pads, front and rear DVR Cameras, a new Kenwood DVD/GPS head unit, and a few extra accessory installs, like roof lights, side panels, etc.

The Good: Like in the past, I asked for Joe Finn to work on my car as I've always had good experience with his work. This time, I actually got to spend some time with Joe while he was working on my car, and was amazed of the care and the meticulousness he puts into his work. It really reaffirmed my appreciation for what these folks do, especially Joe.

The Bad: By the time the work was done and I drove off, I could not use the Viper system at all. None of the remote features operated using the app, remote start, locating vehicle, sending or receiving commands, none. So I took the car back and the system was reset and everything went fine, but only for about 15 minutes! By the time I got home, same problem started again. I was furious! On top of that, I was not very happy with bumper light installations as wires were left exposed. So, once again, I had to return. This time, Joe called the Viper and spoke to their Tech Support to find out that the unit originally installed was defective. So, he changed it out for me, and reinstalled the bumper lights exactly to my specs.

The Best: Well, despite all the problems and early disappointments on this occasion, I can honestly say that I couldn't be any happier. You see, I don't always expect everything to be perfect the first time, but the willingness and the desire to make it right is far more important to me than getting it all right the first time perhaps. And that is exactly why I love these guys, they never let up or get irritated until you're 100% satisfied. Perfect example of this was when I got home after my last troubleshooting visit, to find out that now my new Kenwood head unit mic was not working, so I couldn't make calls, use voice commands, etc. When I called Nick to tell him about it, Joe had already left for the day because his son was sick. Nick told me to bring the car back the next day, again! Next thing I know, Joe pulls up my house with his tools and reconnects something that he'd left unconnected while fixing the Viper unit. Nick had called him, he'd turned around halfway to his house, went by the shop, got his tools, got my address, and drove to my house, all on his own, knowing that he had to be home soon! That to me is going "above and beyond the call of duty", and "relentless customer service". You can't and won't find that anywhere else, trust me, I know.

Things have been working perfectly and I couldn't be any happier, thanks to Nick and Joe for their attentiveness and great customer service. I would recommend these guys to anyone, and will always go back to them with no hesitation. They are trustworthy, perfectionists, attentive, polite, friendly, and simply fantastic. Much thanks to...

Cartunes was great!! Last thursday my 2003 Dodge Durango would not start. After my father-in-law, a former mechanic, and I were stumped, we decided to take it up to the dealership, because we thought it had something to do with my anti-theft system/the car's computer. Four days of diagnostic later the dealership calls and says it is my remote start system acting up, and it needs to be removed and they are going to charge me $400!

I decide to get a second opionon and since I knew Cartunes was experienced in dealing with remote start systems, I knew they would be trustworthy. I called and spoke to Nick Mullins and he was very professional and courteous, he said they were pretty busy and they might not be able to start working on my car until the next day. I brought my car in and met with Nick, very quickly, Nick called for Joe, the technician who would be working on my car, so I could explain the situation to him directly.

After describing the situation to Joe, who has 22 years of automotive experience, he invited my wife and I into the back to take a look at my car right away. Within 5 minutes of looking at my car, Joe had my car started, and within another 5 minutes he had figured out and fixed the problem...it was a 5 cent ignition switch fuse. Nick and Joe also spent time writing a detailed receipt so I could go back to dodge and get a refund for the $110 they charged me for the "diagnostic", which I did get refunded. Car tunes only charged me for a 1/2 hour of their time.

Remember, Dodge wanted to remove my remote start system and charge me $400 to do it...and that still would not have fixed the problem. Cartunes was very professional and experienced when dealing with my remote start system. I am glad I called them and they have earned themselves a...

I have had four cars improved by Car Tunes. Most recently I had a restored K5 Blazer and a Classic Dodge Truck made into works of stereo art. Jim the salesman and Carson the installer were flawless. Jim worked with me twice before work commenced. He took the special orders and tirelessly sourced the parts. Carson started with the concept and made a discussion into a portable 4 wheel listening studio. The K5 Blazer got the full attention, Stereo, amp, speakers, sub woofer, kicker panels, 12 volt charging station, fog lights, and Bluetooth. A 450 watt listening entertainment center. I was so impressed with that design, that I brought my classic Dodge truck. It had needed quality sound improvements to go along with the new paint and rebuilt engine. I got everything like above, but added XM Radio module. Again Both Jim and Carson went beyond my expectations. Carson is a quality installer and he listened to every variation that I wanted. He helped out this old guy to a perfect 10 for his machines. Carson made these installs turn the vehicles into modern sound art. Every time I came to the shop, the staff were very nice and accommodating. I was really impressed how the owners were on site making sure that Carson was on point. They were amazing the way they followed up with Carson to make sure that the job was moving along. Carson made the K5 Green Machine and "Clifford the Big Red Truck" into stereo wonderment. The window tint personnel made the Dodge truck look like it had new glass. I still cannot find any air bubbles in the tint job!! It made the Dodge look sharp. If you need small or large project done, call Jim. Ask for Carson!! You will be happy. This shop will...
