Hi! Giving huge, huge shout out for Kenna! AND the TEAM! I saw Kenna to get my hair cut, and highlighted. It was a redo from another different stylist. She did so many extras! Love the R & Co products, and she used 3 different styling products on my hair, did a ph balancer after the color was complete… great scalp massage with her really unique wide spaced teeth brush. Kenna cut my layers of hair in the inversion layered haircut, so that I could really blend and style my hair straight perfectly, and beautifully polished. I didn’t even know what to call that! Or that it had a specific name to cutting my hair that way? Teddy and Scott, Kenna’s “rocking” instructor’s were so helpful to her and myself, to give me my favorite polished look in cut and highlights color! Absolutely love 💕 these guys! Teddy and Scott are always so pleasant and fun to see and talk to! They are both so experienced and right on it! …….Hey, did I say that I love coming here always?!! Scott and Teddy really know how to treat their clients, and provide excellent cutting edge instructions to their students while working on my hair. AND they, including GREG the scheduler, receptionist, and Customer Service all in one “extraordinaire”, goes the extra mile to make sure that everyone is happy with their services. I couldn’t believe that he remembered exactly who I was when I called! It was 2 years ago that I had my first appointment! When I talk to Greg or see him at the School, he is always working so hard and wears so many hats! He makes everyone’s day a great day! He is a hustler, never complains, and works fast and effortlessly to keep everyone happy, and satisfied, perfectly scheduled, and the school running so smooth! To really remember me and so many other clients as well, even after their first visit, speaks volumes for Greg! He matches and schedules you with great stylists! And he cares if the customer is truly happy with their service(s), and/or will never rest until he gets the task accomplished! Kenna, my hair stylist will be graduating very soon, and I know that everyone will want to follow up to get appointments in future with Kenna! Kenna is and was an excellent people person; very kind and cared about me as an individual, She does her stylist service with a smile, and her passion for what she does for her clients is nothing less than magnificent! She was extremely pleasant, paid attention to all of the fine details to get my hair exactly the way I love it! She is an extremely hard worker that serves her clients with joy, fun, and jokes with you. My gosh! Kenna worked very very hard and very long to give me the true service that I can never, and HAVE NEVER EVER experienced in any salon. She worked her hinny off from 9:30Am until 4pm! On me! WOW!! Made me feel like royalty! THANKS TO ALL OF YOU- the A Team, for the wonderful pampered experience and service(s) that I had yesterday! My husband bought me a tint & highlights, haircut, condition and scalp treatment package here. I haven't been to a salon in forever so I was all about it!! The salon is about an hour from me and I arrived about 15 minutes before my 9:30 am appointment. The receptionist, stylist and instructor were all very nice. We discussed what I wanted and, after an hour, we finally had a test strip in my hair. We waited 20-25 minutes for that, then another 10-15 to get that strip wet and dry it out before proceeding with the tint & highlights. We had discussed my auburn hair and how I wanted to keep the auburn especially since my husband loves it so much. We discussed how I wanted to add some blond highlights to help camouflage the grays, how I prefer warmer tones because the cool tones don't look right with my complexion and how the last stylist I went to didn't cut enough off and left my ends in need of a haircut two days later. 6.5 hours later, I was so disappointed. My auburn hair that I loved so much was now brown, the highlights were a cool tone and blended way too much with the brown, not the contrast we discussed. She also only took off about 1/2" of hair when I needed 1-2" cut off so my ends felt due for a trim immediately after they got a trim. I'm not sure what conditioner was used, but no product was used after that and my hair felt so dry. Guess I'll have to condition it at home. By the time my 9:30 appointment ended, the salon was closing and no one was able to fix anything. The director who I spoke to at the end was very polite and understanding. He agreed that I needed an inch or so more taken off my ends and that the color was definitely brown rather than auburn and no where near the photo we had referred to. He was very generous in offering for me to come back and they would make it right. Unfortunately, with the 2-hour roundtrip and the 6.5 hour appointment, I'm really not too excited to do it all over again. Sadly, I'm not interested in paying $160+ to have someone else fix it either. No win situation; either way, I'm greatly...

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this salon. I went in to have my hair colored cool dark brown a couple weeks ago, but the result was an orange color with the top of my head much lighter than the bottom. Scott, the instructor, assured me he would fix it when I came in for a haircut today. However, when I arrived, I was told there was no note about fixing the color. I spoke to Scott at the front desk, and he told me there would be an additional charge to fix the color. I explained that the mistake was on his part and that he should fix it at no extra charge. He then changed his story, claiming the color was what I wanted, which was completely untrue. I did not ask for an orange head with two-toned color. Our conversation escalated when Scott told me he owned the salon school and demanded that I leave. (which not true, he is just an instructor). I refused to leave until I could speak with a different instructor, but Scott insisted he was the only person I could talk to. He even shouted "get out" twice and continued to demand that I leave. Eventually, I was able to speak with the director of the school Sara, and I am thankful that the issue was resolved and my color was fixed. However, I was shocked by Scott's unprofessional and rude behavior. It was not only unkind but also set a very bad example for the students. This experience made what should have been a simple salon visit a nightmare. The reply message is a lie that was not what have happened. I am shocked of how unreasonable and unprofessional this place is. Please don’t send your kids there to learn about how rude and unfair to others. Then change the story to make...
