Went through the drive through, ordered a Large ice caramel mocha and a medium frozen caramel mocha, got to the window, scanned my app and used my $5.00 off and they only had the medium frozen caramel mocha on there not my large Iced caramel mocha, so when they added it, the total was way more than it should have been. Asked for a receipt and it said they charged me 4 pumps of caramel without me asking for that many. Barista said that, that’s how many it comes with because it doesn’t come with caramel. Now I know when I go to other Beans and Brews they only originally charge me 2 caramel pumps at most! Very unhappy with this location, first time being so upset at this location!! Will not come back here!!!

The espresso drinks are so bad that I only took two sips and threw the rest away. It’s not coffee. The breakfast sandwich has a fake egg in the shape of a circle, the ingredients tasted cheap. Again, I only took two bites and threw it away. The quality is not there. Saying that, the customer service was very kind and helpful. Too bad their food and drink was not up to the same standards.

$8 for this crap, really guys ? I hope customer service sees this and do something about it cause I am pissed. I never post reviews , NEVER! But I had to do it this time. Ps: the girl at the front desk was very cordial.

Up until a few months ago, this location had exceptional service. I have a brain condition that affects my speech and makes it very challenging to order in the drive thru. After only a few difficult attempts to place my order, the entire staff had my order memorized so that I never had to struggle again. At the very first sound of my breathy voice, they would simply ask if I wanted my usual. I've been a loyal regular customer since we moved here just over two years ago BECAUSE of that exceptional service. I have spent a lot of money here and was a truly valued customer. One of my favorite Baristas would even tell me to just drive straight to the window if there were any issues. I enjoyed my multiple weekly visits and paid for the car behind me at least every other visit. A few months ago, the ENTIRE staff quit abruptly. I had never heard of such a thing. After visiting with one of the employees, I learned that it was a result of extremely poor management that just could not be endured anymore. That is quite a statement to lose an ENTIRE staff. Still, I decided to give the new employees a chance. It has really been difficult to start from the beginning....struggling to be heard in the drive thru and no one even making an attempt to assist me or remember what I order despite my very regular visits.The last two times (including this morning), when there wasn't a single car in line, I pulled forward to the window to order, as the previous employers had always happily encouraged me to do. Although I was initially greeted kindly by the male employee, I was then told that the manager was upset and that it was "extremely inconsiderate" of me to pull to the window and keep their other customers waiting and that if I had problems, I needed to come inside. With a car full of kids, that just isn't possible. After such a positive history with the employees at this location, it's so disappointing to have experienced first hand what they must have been experiencing every day with this management. I am editing my review to 5 stars because my complaint was heard, promptly responded to and appropriately addressed by the owner. Now that’s phenomenal customer service!!

The staff seems so untrained. If there’s a line of just two cars at the drive up, plan on waiting at least 15 minutes. But most recently I had a coupon for a free drink that expires very quickly. When I tried to redeem the free drink the girl scanned the code and I handed her my CC to pay for the remaining balance. On the receipt it showed my card was charged the full amount. I asked her what happened to my free drink, she replied “um I have no idea I don’t use the app so I can get my manager” (new person comes to help) he tells me “oh yeah it looks like she just didn’t do it right, so the next time you come in I would ask for a supervisor to scan it and you’ll for sure get the free drink next time.” What was the point of talking to a second person if they just shooed me away?? Why aren’t employees trained to know their own app?? Terrible customer service, very...

I used to come here to study ever since I was a junior in high school. I came on a Sunday to study with my Dad and it was bad. All the tables were not wiped down, having many flies flying around us making us want to leave. We both ordered an iced caramel mocha, but one came super watered down. I can understand the coffee where you can't always make it perfect, but they've done better for the many multiple times I've came. There was a blonde woman who I believe is in charge of this store came and looks like came to just gossip with the baristas (who could be cleaning the area and kitchen). Might I add that she sat directly on a table and put her dirty shoes onto a chair that someone during today will sit down and probably eat on. I expected more from the woman who is in charge of here AND the baristas who probably don't really care about this job and just for the money. Probably won't come here...
