1st time at this Reams (mine shut down a short while ago) and I'm really impressed. It's a much bigger and newer store and so many more different and new items that my husband was getting frustrated with me.. I literally felt like a kid in a candy store!! Employees would greet you and asked if you were finding what you need and actually seemed to be excited to assist you. Checkers were friendly, efficient and made you feel like you were home. This store is little far for us but I needed to p/u an item I had gotten with my reams points. The checker called Allen up to the front to assist me. Allen never came and she called him again. Still no Allen. I am handicapped and walk with a cane. I was already worn out from shopping so the long wait was difficult (I usually go to the car and my husband handles the checkout). When he did come he seemed to be upset that he had to help me and was short with me. If I am treated badly somewhere then I usually don't go back, but all the other kind and helpful people and the variety of products ensure I will be back there soon. The customer service employee's attitude was rude on the two phone calls I made. She had me wait 10 minutes when I wanted to know a item in stock, I could hear sounds in the background and realized she was ignoring me.
I called again and asked what was going on and for her name, she only gave her name and hung up on me right after.
She said her name was "Kiniece" from what I heard. Horrible service, and I'm glad I did not shop at that store.
I recommend going to a different grocery store for shopping, there's a smiths not too far away. I'm never going to this store...
Read moreReams bakery at this location is absolutely the best! I don't know what is being put in their doughnuts but dang they are DELICIOUS! Everything else is what you'd expect. They don't offer clothing at this location like some do. The staff is hit and miss as well. I witnessed management treating a new employee not so well in front of their customers. I felt so bad for the young man that I wanted to intervene but I didn't want to make it worse for him. Straighten yourself out management!
