Trampoline World — Local services in Sandy

Friendly and fast service! We've been looking everywhere for a replacement mat for months now. It's been maybe a week since we ordered the mat and we picked it up and installed it today. We went with Trampoline World because it was better quality than our previous mat and other replacement mats being sold. What makes their mats stand above the rest is that the V-rings are welded, the tabs are sewn in with 14 stitches, there's UV covering on the top facing side of the stitches to ensure the stitches last. I am 100% certain this mat will last for a long time. We got new 6.5" springs too. Our teenage boys and their friends were wowed by the bounce of the new mat and springs, as well as being so happy to be able to jump again. I had a chance to look at their custom pads, and they are equally superb. We're looking forward to replacing our existing pad that is falling apart (year left on it), with their bomber mat. Imagine going to a restaurant you have never tried before. You order the "special" and are told it will be $30. After an hour, your server brings you a meal that is not what you ordered -- not the special, just a regular meal. When this is pointed out, your server calls it a "confusion" and tells you that you can eat this meal that you didn't order, and pay the $30 for it, OR they will make you the special meal, which, by the way, will be $55 rather than the $30 they confess was mistakenly quoted you when you ordered it. Oh, and you can wait another hour for it. How would you feel about that level of customer service? This is exactly what happened to me with Trampoline World, except it was trampoline pads instead of a meal, 2-3 additional weeks waiting instead of another hour, and the $$ multiples by 10. ...

What a great experience! The staff is amazing! We ordered a mat and a pad to cover the springs. They took our measurements and had it built in 3 weeks. They were upfront about the time frame, which didn't bother us a bit. Rome wasn't built in a day! They are so friendly and easy to work with. This was our first time, so they were very helpful and provided tips on putting it back together! Now we need to make the area look as nice as the trampoline! We will definitely be going back for our trampoline needs! ...
