I placed a order at 9am on a Thursday with express shipping the following business day (Friday)I received a call saying my address was incomplete I forgot to put RD behind the street name and there’s literally no other street with the same name in the state on TN nevertheless the same zipcode….I confirmed the address with the nonchalant employee and she sent it out on Friday around 11am. Placed on the 17 received on the 21…..😒😒😒 I sent a request for a shipping refund because I know that if customers don’t receive packages on time the merchant can request a refund from the shipper I can’t request the refund personally because I didn’t pay usps directly if that makes sense…. The same rep called me and was like we sent it on time and we don’t refund shipping regardless….I just said thank you, blocked and hung up….I support everyone that look like me but what’s so unfortunate is that the level of service and policies be horrible most of the time ……it’s just for me the principal of the issue not the money…. believe dat!! this was a gift for someone attending an event hell I could have purchased from anywhere but I did business with you where’s the...

I placed my order on 4/26/2024 and received it on 5/2/26. I opened it immediately only to discover very apparent missing sequins and just the cheap quality overall. Not only is the dress missing sequins where you can see straight through the dress, there are threadlike strings showing in some areas and with every movement of the dress, sequins are falling along with small specks of a black material. I immediately sent a message on the store website and also emailed them with the following pictures on 5/2/2024, the same day I received my order as these defects were visible as soon as I took the dress out of the package. Now granted, the dress is on sale for $20 but was marked down from $98, so I was expecting to get something of quality that I could wear, and without shedding. I literally had to vacuum after taking it out of the package. I am still waiting for a response to my 2 inquiries but what I received is unacceptable to even ship...
