Central Florida Bakery est. 1989 — Restaurant in Sanford

I have been buying the La Jerezana Cuban bread from Key Foods on Dillard in Winter Garden for some time now. I have noticed that since they started sticking the bread in the transparent cellophane bag (then in the white paper bag), the bread has a funny unnatural taste, the bread gets harder quicker, and the bread is wet from sweat. This truly diminishes the expected Cuban bread experience and the people at Key Foods just blame the manaufacrurer. I suggest to remove the cellophane altogether. Because waiting for the bread to cool down all the way to avoid part of the issue only takes away from getting that recently baked bread experience.
