Great store, not very many stores that sell these supplies in the area. Staff was very friendly and helpful as well, they were ready to help me find whatever I needed and also offered to let me sample their chocolate products. They also knew their products well, and how to answer any questions I had about using any of the tools etc. they have available. They also offer classes here if you'd like to learn baking and candy making artistry, or even just spruce up your skillset as a Baker or sugar artist! I do wish they had a larger selection of polycarbonate chocolate molds, but hey, I'm glad they had any at all seeing as nobody else around my area sells them and I'd have had to order them online and wait if I hadn't found some in a store. For years I’ve been fighting with candy melts to make our cake pops. I’m telling you, I’m the one who fights with the Candy melts throwing so much away or putting in those ridiculous paramount crystals that are pretty disgusting. About a year ago, my neighbor and I discovered Sweet Chalet. They make the most delicious chocolate that melts perfectly for my cake pops and people are raving. They also sell food coloring that they make themselves as they do the chocolate. my kids will ask me to throw wafers in the microwave to melt and eat it by the spoonful or melt it into molds to make their own candy. This is the best chocolate!! And the family that owns and runs this place...

Sweet Chalet is fabulous! Sparkling new shop with a wonderful selection of all sorts of supplies for sugar arts. Cake baking & decorating items of the highest quality reasonably priced..gracious knowledgeable owner & staff.. Without a doubt the nicest decorating / sugar arts supply in all of Central Florida! And its conveniently located in Sanford at Rhinehart & St John's Parkway.. Behind the big box store.. They have classes taught by amazing artists & designers such as Nick Lodge & lots others...the website has a schedule of upcoming events...I feel lucky to have such a great store in our area..&...
