I've been to this salon on 3 occasions & habe used the same stylist. Annemarie is a great person just don't think she had the same vision for my hair. The owner of the salon Amanda is just as unresponsive as Annemarie you really got to light a flame under them to get scheduled . This last visit I provided a photo like I do every time I get my hair colored. I asked for dimensions and blonding via a baylage technique. What I got for the crazy price tag was glorified baby highlights! Good Luck Getting an Appointment

I called on a Wednesday to ask about getting a haircut. They don't take walk-ins, so I need an appointment. However, the person who answered the phone doesn't take appointments. All of the people cutting hair do their own appointments and she'd give my number to see who would call me back.

Two days later, no call from anyone there. I called back to check. Seems that the person who took my name and number didn't put my phone number in the system. So I left my phone number again, and waited for a call.

Now it's Monday. Still no return call. I tried to call them again and no one answers the phone.

Worst experience.. First of all really hard to get appointment, when i got one i went for highlights but the color i choose and she did was not even close it was way light, when i said its too light she said it will get dark in some days after waiting for a week when i contact regarding my concern she replied so rude saying no need to argue with me about colors, i book again to get darker now it is way too dark.. didn’t even blow dry my hair nicely instead she made it more frizzy, The charges are way too much!!!
