I can’t say enough great things about this place! Lance was too kind when he fixed my wedding/engagement rings! Melissa was wonderful, warm and very welcoming! My husband bought my engagement ring along with 2 wedding bands at Orange City Jewelers in Orange City, FL. About a month ago I had lost one of my wedding bands which caused us to purchase a replacement, again at Orange City Jewelers. We then decided it was best to weld the 3 rings together after consulting with the jeweler there so they would stay in place. I was extremely hesitant because I did not want the modification to affect the overall look of my rings. Still worried and concerned I decided to trust Orange City Jewelers to weld my 3 rings together. Upon pickup, I was not pleased with the work that was done. I noticed my 3 rings were not set in place (they were stacked). The space between each ring was not even. The bottom of the inside where the rings were welded was jagged, indented and etching was more than noticeable. On top of this, my diamond setting had appeared to be clamped with a tool at the bottom of the setting. On each side of my engagement ring there we claw like indentations as if pliers were used. The day after the welding was done, I went back to Orange City Jewelers and had them take a look another look at my rings. I voiced my concerns And was told nothing could be done. I left highly disappointed as I felt they should have made the corrections and at least make an attempt to fix their mistakes. Left with disappointment I made the decision to shop around. PIERCE CUSTOM JEWELERS was the second place I had gone to inquiring on the cost to repair my stacked rings. After voicing my concerns toLance, immediately asked if he take the ring to his workspace to get a better look under a magnifier. In the meantime, I spoke with his wife Melissa discussing male wedding bands and received a couple quotes for my husband. Five minutes later Lance walks back to the showroom and hands me my rings. Every single flaw GONE!!! I’m just 5 minutes of work he was able to correct all 3 flaws made by Orange City Jewelers!!! I was ECSTATIC!! I could not thank him enough!!! He went out of his way (unbeknownst to me) and repaired my rings, each single flaw now unseen! The bottom of the setting did not have any visible claw marks and was polished. The space between each of my rings that were stacked were even. As well as the jagged indentations/etching on the inside of the rings were gone!!!! I am so grateful and thankful for Lance to have done this for me and FREE OF CHARGE!! He went the extra mile today and because of him I am able to look down at my rings and truly enjoy them!!! I was recently married in March this year and it is so important to me that every time I glance my ring it’s a reminder of the blessing God has given me with my husband!! Many many many thanks to Lance and Melissa! I will be returning to purchase my husband’s second wedding band here!! I recommend this place to anyone and everyone and I will NEVER forget this experience!! Thank you Lance for making me fall in love with my rings all over again! And thank you Melissa for assisting me with such warmth! I see now why you spoke so highly of your husband!!! Thank you thank you...

From the moment I entered I knew this was the place for me. No high pressure, no rushed attitude and no "do you want me to hold this for you". It was all about understanding my wishes and my comfort level in making the right decision. Honesty, Integrity, kindness and respect, a practice so often forgotten in today's world.

The reviews are true! The first time I went in, it was to down size my ring. I got some really good advice for that and I was really happy with how quick the service was (it only took a couple of hours)! I went in the second time when one of the side diamonds on my engagement ring fell off. I could've sent it in to the company that I purchased it from and have them do the repair under warranty, but I knew they would take a few weeks to get it back to me. I went in and right away Lance asked if I had a few minutes so he could do the repair right away! He said he could tell I was anxious to leave my ring behind, which was true because I never take it off. He was done right away and I couldn't have been happier. The service was amazing and he really has now become my jeweler! I will happily come back for any other service and would gladly recommend them to anyone who needs service or a new beautiful piece. I am already planning on my anniversary present! Thank you Lance and team, you guys...
