El Pollo Norteño West 1st — Restaurant in Santa Ana

I have finally found time to post a review for this place. On July 25th, I place an order through there online website, I set the time to 5:30 PM cause I'd figure I would pick it up on the way home cause I had somewhere to be that day. I got the order confirmation and I also signed up for there "VIP" program, which gave me a 5 off coupon. I arrived at there location at 5:20 cause I figure I had to do my own salsas, when I get there and tell the cashier the order she was all like, "What did you order?", red flag, she then proceeded to ask me what I ordered and say that there online system doesn't work, she then told me the food from the confirmation was wrong and that it was actually 2 more dollars, I was in a hurry so I was like whatever two dollars. I was like could you get this together, she said it would take 15 more minutes, which defeats the purpose of having an online system in the first place. No choice, so then I gave her the 5 dollar off voucher, she then said "Hold on, let me call the owner to see if he can honor that", she called the owner and gave him the number on the coupon, she then told me as I was waiting there, "The owner has to call me back to see if we can honor this coupon", I had it, told her to cancel the whole thing and left the store. A establishment that wont honor there website and promotions is a place not worth going to, they wasted my time and the owner should be ashamed of himself. Would not recommend to anyone to eat...

According to Google, the establishment opens at 10:00. I arrived at 10:10, and the woman serving asked, "What do you want?" Obviously, I wanted to buy chicken. I replied that I wanted eight pieces of chicken, and then she proceeded to yell at the cook, "Is the chicken ready yet?" Anyway, after paying for the chicken, she told me, "I hope you have luck and the chicken sells out quickly today." I replied, "It's not about luck, it's about attitude." She's a rude person. If they don't want to sell their stupid chicken at 10:00, they should open at 12:00, 1:00, or whatever time they want, but with a better attitude. Obviously, I won't be returning to their stupid location. And yes, this happened today. There are many other options for where to buy chicken, so I don't recommend coming here unless you want to feel like they're doing...

The cashier was really RUDE she had a bad attitude I try ordering a combo with double chicken breast and she said they don't make that combo I'm like ill pay the diffrence She said NO its a breast and wing, She said are you going to order or not?
