Metro by T-Mobile — Local services in Santa Ana

I had one of the worst experiences at this Metro PCS dealer. I came to replace my phone and the rep asked if I was paying with a credit card that has the new microchip feature. I responded no but the rep seemed to ignore my response and went about setting my new phone up. When it came time to pay she informs me they only accept payment with credit cards that the new microchip feature and so she could not accept my payment. The only card that I have that has this feature is my Discover card. I offered to pay with this only to be told they do not accept Discover. Long story short I had to go to several places to find an ATM to withdraw the funds. After making my payment I inspected my new phone and found air bubbles on the new screen protector. The same rep that caused me so much grief was the one who installed the screen protector. She told me the air bubbles should go away in a few days. A week went by and they were still there I took my phone back and was helped by different rep who informed they were out of stock on three screen protectors for my new phone. I had to wait for about three weeks before they were back in stock. Once they were I took my phone in only to be informed the would not install the replacement screen protector. Suffice to say I tried to install it myself but being a novice, I failed miserably. Please do not get your phones here, unless you want...

The team over there needs more training , unfortunately my experience there was very unsatisfactory . Elihussein canceled my 2nd line after I told him to put my old # on my new phone . And the new # on the old one . After I paid for service one week before with Vanessa . I then lost my # came back and was assisted by daisy she then attempted to charge me more then I was quoted for a # swap . Manager Vanessa mentioned it'd cost 26$ to swap lines , daisy tried to charge 35$ I'm not sure if that was her form of making more money . But I didn't feel happy with services at this location . Integrity is important to me and they need to have there people fully trained before they put them out there to work for the public . Until these concerns are fixed . I don't recommend...

The two young girls up front are very rude besides them being very rude I took my phone in there to sell because I upgraded. I though they would help me get it activated for the guy buying the phone from me but when I walked off they started telling the guy to not buy my phone that they would sell him one. Thankfully the guy didnt want to waste my time and instead bought my phone. Besides mine being more affordable he didn’t like that they were trying to steal a costumer So instead of going back to this location he said he will be going elsewhere.
