Awesome little restaurant here in Santa Ana, Ca. I saw that it had some mixed reviews about the waitress and her attitude. But a good friend of us highly recommended this place to us, so we came.
Our experience was great. Our waitress, Maria from Venezuela was kind and friendly. Answered our questions and gave us some great suggestions.
The environment here was relaxed, 3 TVs playing sports, so that was awesome (The World Cup game was on). Only inside seating.
Food was really good. Taste fresh, the quality and quantity was superb! We had to take some home, and we also ordered more empanadas so we could take them home.
Lost of parking, at least during the day. We came on a Friday around 12:30 pm or so. It wasn’t too busy.

I was surprised to see a $20 charge to my credit card from what I signed off on. I didn’t fight it or reach out to the restaurant; I just didn’t (and won’t) return. Pretty close to my new job, I likely would’ve eaten there a couple times/month. Server would’ve made a lot more in tips from me than the $5 extra she stole!
