Ok if you want quantity this is your place as you can get either a family package or a regular plate, the new price is high at $13.99 a plate. But they serve you a good portion of it. And the place is clean. There was a female employee cleaning the tables with Claro wipes A+ for that. And the white person with respect as I don't know his name is very courteous. They deserve the 5 stars. @$% ;( The Negative of this place is that they ASK YOU TO.PROVE FOR A SERVICE DOG, wich is 100% illegal for them to ask for an identification or certification and to prove that is a service dog. Hope they educate themselves before dealing with the ADA. The food is pre cooked or looks like it. The rice I got wasn't cooked at all, it was still hard. The person who cooks the food doesn't wear a face mask, I saw him talking and laughing on top of what he is cooking. I know a lot of people don't like face mask but come on he is working...

Everything was good except that when I told the cashier to please give me half portion of rice and half macaroni salad I never expected for them to take my cabbage salad away for such a little request, when I approach the cashier to let him know they missed putting my cabbage salad along with the rice and macaroni he said that is weird but that's how they do if you request the portion of your macaroni or rice to be changed, I was kike what has to do one thing with the other? Why will they tske a way the cabbage salad just because i ask on the rice to be equal half and half because normally they give you two scoops of rice and one scoop of macaroni, so this was totally disappointing especially after I asked for it and the cashier said its weird ha? But that's how we do it and we can't change it now... well at least he should had the courtesy to let me know about it when i made the request, but he didn't tell me...

The food is very good, like most reviews state. BBQ beef was my favorite, and I don't usually order beef. It did have some patches of fat, but tolerable. Teryaki chicken was delish, not dry, not salty. Portions are really good. I wouldn't say abundant, because the bottom is filled w/cabbage, but we did have leftovers. We ordered the family meal, which serves 4, it comes with rice & mac salad. Tried bbq beef, teriyaki chicken & katsu chicken. Katsu was seasoned just right, also not dry. Service was great, eventhough it was busy and raining. They did tell us before we ordered, that chicken would be 20 minutes. My only pet peeve was that the tables & floor were very sticky. I know they were busy, but need to make the time to clean. I opted to take my food home. Would definitely order...
