Wow, where do I even begin?! Skyler Fashion Designs and Alterations is an absolute gem! Skyler is not only incredibly talented and highly educated, but also one of the kindest, most genuine people I’ve ever met. From the moment I walked in, I felt completely at ease.I drove all the way from Salt lake and it was worth of every miles I had driven.

I’ll admit—I underestimated him at first because of his young age, but oh my goodness, was I wrong! Skyler took the time to walk me through every detail of my dress alteration with so much patience, clarity, and care. He made the whole experience not just easy, but actually enjoyable!

When I came to pick up my dress, I was nervous… but WOW! The moment I tried it on, I was speechless. It fit like a dream every little detail was absolutely perfect. Skyler didn’t just meet my expectations—he blew them out of the water! We are truly lucky to have someone like Skyler in our community. If I could give Jackson a 100/10 I totally would! He is the sweetest guy and so so easy to work with! Jackson is genuinely so talented! I brought my dress to another seamstress and she destroyed my dress, we heard about Jackson’s skills and immediately took it to him! We only had a month before my wedding date and Jackson reassured me he could make it perfect for my wedding! He had to literally REBUILT my entire dress in such a short period of time. He saw my vision and ABSOLUTELY went above and beyond for me. We had weekly check ups to make sure it was fitting right in all the right places before he continued. Seeing the progress of the dress come together was so cool! He built the most beautiful sleeves out of tool lace that he had to HAND stitch into the dress! He made my dress elegant and one of a kind. Jackson is fabulous! I have a beautiful little Carbon38 dress made of super stretchy fabric and the straps were just WAY too long so the top pulled me down and I always have to pull at the straps. This also made the mid-section bunch up. So annoying. I called last minute on a Saturday and Jackson said he’d fix it immediately if possible. He did! And so beautifully too. It sounds like a simple fix, but the fabric is tricky and there are four straps — one set that go over the shoulder and one set that cross in back. Honestly I wasn’t expecting much, but his attention to detail is incredible and he altered all four impeccably so it fits PERFECTLY and it doesn’t look like it’s been altered in any way. I’m so impressed! I’ve worked with 4 different tailors/seamstresses in town and have been either unimpressed or frustrated. Jackson is magic....
