Beans & Brews Coffee House — Restaurant in Santa Clara

Not too impressed with the service here. Not sure if it’s a common thing but I made my order and sat at the window for at least 10 minutes. There were 2 girls working and both looked at me through the window but didn’t bother opening it to take my payment or anything. I pulled around and walked into the store (which by the way I was the only one in the drive through, no one else in the store either) to then get my order where they said that they made my drink wrong and proceeded to passively take my payment. I asked them why they didn’t come to the window and they said it was “resetting” but considering I was literally the only customer there I was confused why it was taking so long and whatever it was that was “resetting.” I understand if it was busy waiting for a drink but there was absolutely no reason that two girls weren’t capable of opening a window to take my payment or at least greet me as a customer before I had to walk in myself. We ordered breakfast and coffees through their drive thru and it was a pleasant experience!

Our bacon cheddar egg croissants and brekky tacos were delicious and affordable. Their Mr. B’s iced coffee also hit the spot, and I’m usually a coffee skeptic.

The person taking our order was incredibly sweet. She saw the dogs in our car and offered us free pup cups.

Took a coffee back that had been burned and tasted like acid, and they gave me a new coffee with so many crusty looks. But no bother, we bought 4 hot chocolates and every one of them was barely warm. We couldn’t finish them cause they were cold by the time we drank half. They were quietly so rude, and good at delivering crusty looks at the Santa Clara Utah location.
