This apartment was the worst living experience of my life. I do not even know where to start. When we first moved in we were not told about the termite infestation and instead discovered it when coming home to a swarm of them eating our clothes. When calling the manager to complain about the upkeep of the grounds, we were told to be quiet and that we just need to write a report...which is why I was calling because my reports were being ignored. The laundry room was never clean. There were missing doors on the washer and dryers and never got fixed up until we left. There were leaks and trash all over that room that took FOREVER to be cleaned. Along with trash around the property being left for months. We were told we could not have a shoe rack right outside our door which was a small inconvenience but we dealt with it. The "apartments" themselves were way to small for anyone to live in. You can tell it was a remolded complex of motel rooms. The property owners just want your money and do not care about humane living areas. They just take take take.

Now for the biggest part, the property shares the parking lot and trash with "small businesses". Now these small businesses are not what you think. They are businesses where men go to have a good time, if you know what I mean. These men come to get pleased and walk around the properties all they want because there is no security (windows are easily accessible by anyone who wants to break in). These women who serve these men walk back and forth around the parking lot looking for their next victims. There are groups of men and boys who come around and cause trouble on the property because of these "small businesses" God help whoever stays at...

Good luck trying to move into this place. After you lease for a yr. it becomes month to month. At any point in time they will tear up your contract if the resident decides very last minute they want to stay for another month.
