I started training with Kris early this year- I was in a slump, I hadn't worked out for a year before that & was finding it hard to get back into a routine & had back issues. I wanted to start with personal training to get some momentum back and found Kris's sessions. It has changed my life. From being inconsistent, unable to incorporate physical activity into my life, working out with Kris has made me not miss a single session with him. The 30 mins of pure 1:1 time with him feels intense, dedicated and I feel stronger at the end of every session. Kris has changed my outlook towards exercise by being so incredibly positive, well meaning and a big cheerleader. I've had personal training before that is never dedicated time to you and feels gimmicky. Kris understands what you need, tailors a program for you, is able to guide you about your overall health/ goals/ nutrition in a very safe and practical manner. Every session with him feels like stress buster for me, I haven't missed a single session because I enjoy working out now and working out with him! Once you start seeing your body change and your strength increase you get completely hooked in the routine. It's my peace of mind, my stress management, and my "me" time all in the hands of an amazing trainer! I am so thankful I can still train hard during these COVID-19 times because exercising is key to keep our immune system strong. However, I am still not comfortable being at a crowed gym. The studio is super clean and perfect, especially now because you don't have to share space and equipment with a whole bunch of people in a regular gym. I am never going back to a big gym again! I found Kris after a disappointing experience with another personal trainer who left me intimidated and injured. This time, I was determined to find the best. You deserve the best too! Kris is not only certified but also incredibly experienced, having worked with clients of all ages and mobility levels for 10+ years. His youngest clients have been children around 10, while his oldest are almost 100! He's helped people with various mobility needs, from those in wheelchairs to aspiring Olympic powerlifters.
What really sets Kris apart though, is his reliability and friendliness. I can always count on him to show up with a huge smile, ready to help me reach my fitness goals. Initially, I DREADED working out (worst part of the day lol), but Kris has transformed my attitude and physique.
