They came to our small business to troubleshoot an aging multi-tv / video situation and were extremely thorough in presenting options. Once we decided, they were prompt in getting the plan going (even helping us find a wonderful electrician when we voiced trouble finding one, and working with him and his schedule to keep the project on time!), communicative, reliable and on install day they were very conscience and tidy in prep, during install and wrap-up. And the excellent service doesn't stop when the job is done - it continues! We made a user-error navigating our new system that threw everything off and they graciously swung by that same day to refresh us, with kindness, understanding and patience, on how to operate it. my tv wouldn't turn on, so i called these guys and i'm so glad i did. they told me to bring it in and they would diagnose it. turns out it needed a new motherboard and they sourced one. their communication was excellent keeping me updated with the parts search and expected ETA. when the part came in they had it up and going real quick, they even pointed out a slight imperfection in the screen that i never noticed before which i was completely okay with. these guys are meticulous to detail, NICE! they even stayed a little late so i could pick it up. excellent customer service and super friendly....

We had an old rescued turntable we thought was destined for the parts bin. Mark and Greg took it on as a project and worked a miracle! Although it needed more repairs than they anticipated, they didn’t charge us a cent past the very fair price they quoted when they picked it up. We’re now listening to John Renborn on vinyl on a rainy Santa Cruz day and feeling so grateful for our friends at Windt! We will be loyal customers...
