Ornate Home Distribution center — Local services in Santa Fe Springs

In store service was great. Definitely friendly and customer oriented. However, once you purchase from here and leave the store, the friendliness and customer engagement disappears. We purchased our furniture almost a month ago. We only bought it from here because we wanted something quickly. We were assured it would come that Monday 3 days later. We purchased our items on March 15th and still have not received them. What makes it worse, is they never answer the phone. I call and call, check for status updates, and nothing. When they do answer, they say the warehouse needs to check with that and they’ll call back and never do.

The prices here are good- but when it comes to overall service and reliability it is poor. They don’t have the follow-up or care. Only want to make a sale. I rarely leave reviews, but can’t support the experience I have had thus far.

The buying process was very smooth and the delivery was very quick compared to many other companies (ordered on Friday and showed up two weeks later).
