Norwalk Village Center — Local services in Norwalk

Upon arrival music is extremely loud. My husband and i stood in the front for about 15 mins til someone came to attend to us. There is a couple of group of people. It's very difficult to order food to go because it's so loud. Looked at the to go menu and really couldn't decided on what to order. Once we were ready to order. Like I said it was very difficult to order because due to the loud music the cashier could not hear us or we cannot hear her. Once we ordered our food. We asked for our tacos not to have any salsa or the cilantro and onion, because it was for our kids to eat. We waited about 30 to 40 mins for our order to be ready. They packed our food and one of the cashiers that didn't attend us wanted to recharge us for our food. We told her that we had paid already and show her the receipt. When we took our food home the tacos we had ordered for our kids had everything on it, salsa, cilantro, and onions. 😡This angered me so much because it was our dinner and i was a bit tired to make dinner. That's why we came here. I was very disappointed and wanted to take the tacos back. At the end. I ended eating the tacos and making my kids nuggets.😮‍💨. They really wanted tacos. But they were ruined. Not sure if I'll be returning. Or if there's another way to order. I'll give it another...

The simplest item made poorly . A cheese burger shouldn't be that hard to make. The patty was small and over cooked, bread was to big for the patty. Soggy lettuce and tomato. You guys should take the item of the menu . It sucks or the cook just doesn"t know how to...

This is one of the best Mexican Restaurants I have ever enjoyed to dine in at ever! Great food! Great Service! Great on the rocks margaritas! Hats...
