Bobos Corp — Restaurant in Norwalk

This place is horrible now. I’ve been coming here for 3 years and today was the just an eye opener of how they don’t care about customer service. I called in an order like I usually do, they typically tell you 10 minutes to pick up. I wait ten minutes and drive to pick up at window. Today I show up at drive up speakerand no reply at speaker for awhile then I drive up to window, the people inside did not acknowledge that I was there for almost 10 minutes. After finally someone came I informed the young lady I was picking up an order, she says ok walks away and at this point it seams like they never made it. Instead of telling me they where just about to make it she leaves me sitting there for another 10 minutes before charging me and then went back for a bit then came back, I asked politely if it would be better for me to just come next time and not bother ordering before to make things easier for next time, the girl got tremendously rude looked away and while she looked away said my order was ready crammed it in a plastic bag and practically launched it out the window. I’ve only come here for the pancake breakfast. They (pancakes) are the best I’ve had in this area. Today, I went inside (opposed to the drive thru) for the first time. They were pleasant enough and welcomed me in. However, as they were preparing my “pancake platter”, the young woman helping with the preparation grabbed my sausage with her bare hands from the fryer. I assume it had been sitting if it wasn’t too hot to touch… I asked the cashier if she was a cook or what because she grabbed my food with her bare hands. She confirmed she was a cook. Still uncomfortable, I continued to pay for my meal as I watched the woman grab everything around the kitchen without washing or sanitizing her hands. Just as my food was bagged I looked at the young woman and she was fixing her mask (with those same hands). I finally apologized and asked for a refund. They didn’t ask how they could fix the situation either. I can’t ppl. Wash your hands. Wear gloves. Something! I’m disappointed...

Wow! I don't know how this place is in business! This was the 1st time ever ordering here, and it will be the last! The cashier was not only rude, but also appeared to be so high that he can barely speak! He kept repeating everything I was saying, plus seemed to have a chip on his shoulder for some unknown reason. I'm bilingual, and spoke to him in both English and Spanish, but realized he was more comfortable with Spanish, so I stuck to that, then he kept trying to prove to me he can speak English! I couldn't care less, bro! I just don't want your attitude!
