The RTB store on Wilshire in Santa Monica is an outstanding retail establishment, period. I have been a customer for over twenty years, I have purchased beds, chairs, recliners, pillows, sleeping masks, foot rest’s, etc, etc. They have always provided excellent service, while having knowledgable product advise at the ready, in a friendly easy going manner. Never, Never any Pressure to rush you to a purchase decision… As a customer you feel free to try out products and take your time, with any question answered on the spot… If they don’t know, they will pick up the phone to have the answer for you, asap. The staff is excellent. Daniel, and Ron are both terrific managers. But I have to spotlight the big boss Pam, who I have known all these many years. The buck stops with her. Clearly Pam’s dedication to customer service, selecting and training the best staff is why this store should be your 1st choice. I came into the Relax The Back store with a lot of pain due to a herniated disc in my back. As I walked in, I was greeted by a kind lady named Pam. She was patient, knowledgeable, friendly, welcoming, and just a delight to work with.
