EDIT: Katie is no longer working at Pawsarotti. Though the new nail trimmer woman is well meaning, her trim job was a bit subpar. It looked like something I would do at home. For $20 (was $15) I don't think it's really worth it unfortunately.
Took my 10 y.o. and 6 y.o. pups in to get there nails trimmed today. When I first arrived they were with another client at the moment so I had to wait for a minute or two, which was fine! Took them in, 1 at a time. My pups are always such whiners and wigglers throughtout the whole nail trim. Katie (if I am remembering her name correctly) was very accommodating with my scaredy cat pups, helping find positions that were best for them during the nail trim (I was there holding onto them for dear life while she clipped away.)
