TechHub is awesome! My fiancé's laptop was deluged by an upstairs leak that happened to be right over where she kept it. We were concerned that everything might be lost (motherboard was clearly fried, laptop wouldn't turn on, etc.). I called up TechHub, explained the situation and that we just needed her data back- her entire PhD dissertation, teaching notes, and other stuff hadn't been backed up. Anthony quickly explained the likelihood of data retrieval and what potential labor it would entail, and what each scenario would cost.

He came out to pick up the laptop from our home (gotta love mobile service), and let us know when we could expect to hear from him. It took him four days to get everything done, but he kept us abreast as each development occurred and was quick to respond to any questions. In the end, he managed to retrieve everything and the price was ridiculously low compared to some of his competitors (about the same as one that sounds like Nerd Group would charge merely for the diagnostic). Bonus points for his polite and professional demeanor- despite the fact that I was the point guard over the phone, in person he spoke directly to my fiancé since it was HER computer.

After 2 other places incorrectly diagnosed my PC problem as a bad power supply (& 2 power supplies later w/o resolution, I was ready to give up hope), these guys came thru. We had over 10 yrs of family pics & other irreplaceable files that we needed back. But 1st, i needed to kno if recovering this info was even possible. I had little expectation at this point, but had to try, so I decided to try TechHub Direct mainly for data recovery. However, after a couple days, they contacted me back with unexpected news. My dead PC that had not powered up in 6 months was back from the dead!?! When most places stopped at the power supply & motherboard, these guys kept trying til they knew for sure what was causing the issue. Turned out my backup harddrive had a short in it, & it was stopping the motherboard from powering up. After pulling the drive & some minor rewiring, my PC that other guys said was fried & unfixable was once again ALIVE!?! Wow, these guys are amazing & really went the extra mile for us! I had some security/malware concerns with a personal laptop recently and made contact with Anthony at TechHub Direct. We set up a remote drop off (super convenient for me) we discussed the problems, he offered multiple solutions and together we tailored the best option for me. We also discussed the future of this particular device moving forward what would be best for it long-term as far as malware programs, etc. Anthony also suggested some cleaning up of the system which he did to keep it running at top capacity.
